Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policies

We want you to be totally happy with your purchases – when you wear the Shegul brand we want you to feel proud, and look sensational. We understand that sometimes a look you see online is not exactly how you pictured it in reality and we are happy to help you with returns and exchanges.

Please send all items you wish to return as quickly as possible so we can process your exchange or refund.


If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Shegul within 15 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Merchandise must be in original condition. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

For international orders, returns are the customer’s responsibility and must be returned within 15 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Purchases will be refunded to the original form of payment. All refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.


We know how difficult it is to figure out sizing even with sizing guidelines online! If you feel that the item you have purchased would look better up or down a size (or two!), please return the product using the returns instruction, selecting Exchange as your reason code, and we will ship you out your preferred size.


We are happy to refund you for purchases that you are not fully satisfied with.   All refunds will be made to the original payment method, or you can request a store credit (valid for one year) to your online Shegul account.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to show up on your account due to different processing times amongst the various payment providers. Please note exclusions apply. This policy excludes items marked as final sale. Final sale items may not be returned. Gift cards may not be returned.

Damaged or Faulty goods

We understand that items can sometimes be damaged during shipping or as a result of a manufacturing fault. We will repair faulty items wherever possible. If you would like to exchange your item instead, we can only replace it for the same item in the same size, subject to availability and season.  

We will offer a full refund if we cannot repair or exchange the item. Please note that if clothing is damaged as a result of general wear and tear over time, it cannot be considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

How to Send Your Return or Exchange 
For your convenience a prepaid return label is included with receipt (US orders only).
1. Please note on your Return Goods Form which items you are returning or exchanging.
2. For exchanges: please note the product name, size, and color of the desired product to be exchanged. 
3. Pack your items and invoice into a mailing box and affix the prepaid mailing label.
4. Drop off at your local Fedex store or call them to schedule home pickup.


Items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges


Items sold by and shipped to destinations in the states of California, Florida, Virginia, Georgia, Illinois, New York, Texas and Washington are subject to state sales tax. Kentucky residents must report and pay sales or use tax directly to the Kentucky Department of Revenue. Accessories and fur are subject to sales tax in New Jersey.
