An item I want to order says “Pre-Order ” in the Availability, what does Pre-Order mean?

Shegul has lots of exciting, highly covet-able items and may sell out very quickly and so we offer the new collections a few weeks prior to when they ship.  When you pre-order your item you guarantee you get that item before it sells out!  Often items sell out on pre-order even before we get the stock in.  You are always encouraged to order styles you love as soon as you see them.  You will be charged at the time you place your order.

I am not sure about my size for your garments.  How can I find this information? 

Our size chart is located on each product page and under the useful information section at Footer of our website , you’ll find Sizing. If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please email our Customer Care department at customercare@shegulny.com.

I’m in love with something that’s out of stock in my size!  What can I do? 

You can call our Customer Service at (800) 621-5795 or email us at customercare@shegulny.com to double check that this garment is out of stock.  Please note that Shegul items sell out quickly so your best bet is to order your favorite pieces when you see them!

How do I know Shegulny received my order?

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.  If you have not received your confirmation, feel free to call us at (800) 621-5795 or you can also always email us at customercare@shegulny.com.

What sales tax will I be charged for my online purchase?

Sales Tax will be calculated based on the state you live in and will be listed prior to your payment authorization

When will I be charged for my order?

All orders are charged at the time of purchase. Note: All pre orders are charged at time of purchase as well.

My order won’t go through, what should I do?

First go back and check that all fields in your checkout process are completed in its entirety. If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, you can call Shegul Customer Service directly at (800) 621-5795 or email us and we’d be happy to help you!

After entering my billing and shipping address, I received an error!  What’s going on?

When ordering on Shegulny.com , you need to fill in all fields in its entirety.  If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly with what your bank has on file. Also the billing phone number should be what the bank has on file. If you are still getting the error message, please contact Shegul Customer Service and we’d be happy to help you!

I need to make a change to my order.  How can I do that?

If you need to change, please contact Shegulny Customer Service immediately at (800) 621-5795 or email our customer care department. Once our shipping department has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.  

I just placed my order but I need to add another item to it, how can I do that?

We want you to have as many awesome Shegul items as you like but the best thing for you to do is place a new order for the item and contact Shegul Customer Care. If you are shipping to the same shipping address and place your second order on the same day as your first order, we will gladly combine your orders.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a USPS or Fedex tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

I should have received my package by now. What should I do?

Check your order confirmation to make sure you didn’t order an item on pre-order that is shipping at a future date.  After checking your ship date, if your order still hasn’t arrived, call our customer care at (800) 621-5795 or email us at customercare@shegulny.com.We will be more than happy to help you track your package.

How do I exchange or return my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days. 

We offer Free Exchanges and Returns : Email us at customercare@shegulny.com to get your free return label. Exchanges are eligible for free ground shipping to USA addresses!  Click here for Exchange/Return Instructions.

How do I return/exchange an item if I've lost my invoice/packing slip/return form?

Click here for Exchange/Return Instructions.  Be sure to include your full name legibly on your exchange/return and we should be able to find your order.

How long does it take to process my return back into my account? 

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 12 - 14 business days.

I’m returning a gift, what information do you need on the return form?

Include the purchaser's name and address along with your return. Indicate whether you'd like to exchange the gift for another product or receive a refund.

Can I return or exchange items that are purchased on sale? 

All Shegul. items purchased on final sale are sadly can not be returned .  Your sale items can be exchanged for a same price item, return for store credit, or regular priced item and you will be charged the difference.

I have a store credit, how do I use it?

All Shegul store credits are valid for one year from the date issued. Once you have been given a Shegul Store credit, you were also given a code. Make your normal purchase as usual on www.shegulny.com. Before you proceed to checkout, enter your promotional code that you received with your store credit. The code value will automatically deduct from your payment.

I am an international customer and when I received my product I had to pay extra money.  Why is that?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Shegulny does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Shegulny is not responsible for customs duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer.   For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. 

I live or will be visiting New York City and I would love to shop Shegul in person.  Do you have a New York plus size boutique?

Does Shegul do custom garments?

Unfortunately, we do not do any custom garments at this time.

Does Shegul offer custom tailoring?

We only offer custom tailoring to our Manhattan clients at this time and hoping to expand it to additional locations in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to find out first!
